He's been with us at KölnSKY for more than 5 years now, and every day
with creative ambition and a passion for our guests at the stove.
The team around Sönke Höltgen is constantly searching for new trends and preparation techniques,
insatiably curious and always on the lookout for great regional products and news.
For this, they sometimes leave their comfort zone and visit regional producers or tinker
alongside the daily business with new recipes. Have fun cooking with a view!
