SKYgenuss by Sönke
Sönke creates culinary fireworks daily at various events in the KölnSKY. Due to ever-increasing demand, we have decided to publish a small recipe book featuring our and your favourite dishes. This might include a menu, just a main course, or the recipes for our legendary KölnSKY biscuits.

Cream soup
of Jerusalem artichoke and truffle
Today is soup day.
The sun is shining, but the temperatures are still crisp and fresh today.
With this lovely weather we fancy a Sönke's delicious Jerusalem artichoke soup with fine truffle. We love this dream combination.
Many of our guests have asked us for the recipe for this.
To make it as easy as possible for you to recreate the dish, we grabbed Sönke for a day and let him cook the soup. We've captured it for you in a few pictures.
