Endless beaches, traditional thatched-roof houses, the Lister Wanderdunes, sunsets at the Rotes Kliff, mudflat walks, or simply strolling through Westerland & Kampen... when we think of Sylt, our hearts grow warm. And the many fantastic restaurants top it all off!
Even in terrible weather, when the wind is blowing a gale, Sylt is always an experience!
Our head chef, Sönke Höltgen, is a born Sylter. A child of the north. He grew up on Sylt and completed his chef training at Jörg Müller Fine Dining Restaurant on the island.
We feel it's high time for a culinary North Sea storm in the Rhineland.
